As Every year, you will find on the stand of the ARZ - Academy of Ritsu Zen of Montreuil (France) all the information wished to come to practise aikido, iaido or ken jitsu.

You can also join for the courses at the dojo Didier-LEFEVRE for the season 2016/2017. The courses for adults are accessible whatever is your level.

Within the framework of the day of the women, the French Federation of Aikido and Budo suggests you discovering this Japanese martial art. On Tuesday, 7 and Thursday, March 9th, 2017, of 7:30 pm at 9:00 pm, come Ladies to the dojo Didier-Lefèvre (14, rue du Bel Air) in Montreuil to practise free of charge the time of a session, or simply to look: a jogging and a T-shirt are enough!

Aikido is a martial art which uses the circle and the principles of imbalance to throw or immobilize an aggressor. Peace art, he looks for to harmonize the energies rather than to bring into conflict them.
